RnD ENGINEER - DPSS LASERS
We are seeking a driven R&D Engineer to join our team in DPSS laser development. In this role, you will be instrumental in turning concepts into cutting-edge laser systems by designing, testing, and refining both standard and experimental DPSS lasers. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing optomechanical assemblies, improving laser performance, and contributing to the advancement of our R&D capabilities through hands-on prototyping and collaborative innovation.
OPTOMECHANICS ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN.
We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to join our team as an optomechanics assembly technician. You will have the responsibility of bringing our products into reality by creating and improving assembly processes and assembling standard or experimental lasers and other optomechanical assemblies.
EMBEDDED SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We are seeking an Embedded Systems & Software Engineer to integrate, process, and transmit real-time video and control data from our system to a user interface. You will work with embedded processing units (e.g., Nvidia Jetson, NXP, Raspberry Pi), cameras, sensors, electronics and networking systems to develop robust and low-latency solutions.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Vilnius. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components for laser systems, conducting thermal and structural analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize optical and mechanical performance. The role involves hands-on prototyping, testing, and refining mechanical designs. Additional duties include troubleshooting and maintaining existing laser systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the continual improvement of manufacturing processes.
Technical project manager - EO
We are seeking an experienced and organized Technical Project Manager to lead projects focused on electro-optical (EO) system development. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of EO projects—from initial concept through design, prototyping, and delivery. Working closely with optical, electronic, and mechanical engineering teams, you will ensure project milestones are met while maintaining technical excellence and alignment with customer requirements. Your ability to bridge technical details with strategic execution will be key to driving innovation and delivering high-performance EO solutions.
